Welcome to the Cake Mapping Pro® APP (the "Platform"). Cake Mapping Pro® APP by Video Mapping Producciones SL ("we" or "us") provides and controls the Platform. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy (the "Policy") sets out the basis on which we will treat information we collect from you or that you provide to us, including how we may use, treat, share and/or transfer your personal information. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices with respect to your information and how we will handle it before accessing or using the Platform or services. By accessing or using the Platform and our related websites, services, applications, products and/or content available on the Platform (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read and understand the practices described in this Policy, and you hereby consent to our collection, use, processing, disclosure or transfer of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you should not access or use the Platform or the Services.


The Platform includes the Cake Mapping Pro® APP mobile software applications ("Cake Mapping Pro® APP Application"), the software applications installed on your cell phone ("Cake Mapping Pro® APP Mobile Version"), the official Cake Mapping Pro® APP website ("Cake Mapping Pro® APP Website"), the Cake Mapping Pro® APP services in other forms now existing or devised in the future, the related Software Development Kit ("SDK") and the Application Programming Interface ("API") for you through third party websites and software applications to access and use the Platform and the Services. The version of the Platform may vary depending on factors such as the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform and the device you use. The Services, in whole or in part, may not be available in all jurisdictions, for all devices or in all languages. You must obtain, download and install the appropriate version according to the terms for the device in your jurisdiction.


Please note that the "Additional Terms: Jurisdiction-Specific" at the end of this Policy may apply to you depending on the location from which you access and use the Platform and/or the Services, and are incorporated into this Policy by reference.
For the purposes of this Policy, unless the context otherwise requires, "you" and "your" means you, the user of the Services; and "information" means information we collect about you or that you provide to us, including your personal data.


SUMMARY
What information do we collect about you?
We collect and process information when you register for an account, upload content on the Platform (where such features are available), interact with the Services or when you provide it to us at our request. We may also collect information through automated means when you access our Platform or use the Services. These include technical and behavioral information about your use of the Services. We may also collect information if you interact with the Platform even if you have not created an account.


How will we use your information?
We use your information to provide the Platform and Services to you and to improve, develop and administer the Platform and Services. We use your information to, among other things, ensure your security. We may also use your information to provide and measure customized advertising and promote the Platform.


With whom do we share your information?
We may share your information with third party service providers who help us provide the Platform, send you notifications or perform analytics, or with any member of our corporate group to improve the Platform, enable you to access other services provided by such member of our corporate group, or for internal business purposes. Where and when required by law, we will share your information with law enforcement or regulators, and with third parties pursuant to a legally binding court order.


How long do we keep your information?
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the Services and to fulfill our contractual rights and obligations regarding the information involved. Where we do not need your information to provide the Services to you, we retain it only for as long as we have a legitimate business purpose for maintaining such data or where we are subject to a legal obligation to retain the data. We will also store your information if we believe it is or will be necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal proceedings.


How will we notify you of changes to the Policy?
We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of all material changes to these Terms by posting a notice on the Platform or by other means. You should review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Platform to stay informed of our privacy practices. The "Last Updated" date indicated at the beginning of this policy reflects the effective date of changes incorporated into this policy. Your continued access to or use of the Platform or Services after the Policy update date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy and how we may collect, use, treat, disclose or transfer your information in accordance with such updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop accessing the Platform or using the Services.

Types of Information We Collect

We collect and use the following information about you:
Information you choose to provide.

▪ Registration. You provide us with information when you register on the Platform, including your date of birth and gender (where applicable), your email address and corresponding password that you set for your Cake Mapping Pro® APP account, your accounts on other social networking services (where applicable) and other information that you disclose in your user profile.

▪ User Content. When such features are provided in your region, we process the content and personal data you upload, generate or access through the Platform, including photos, images and videos you upload, video templates you generate or view on the Platform, comments you make, and any other interactions you have with the Platform such as "Likes" ("User Content"). We may collect User Content through pre-loading, at the time of creation, import or upload, regardless of whether you choose to save or upload that User Content, to recommend audio options and provide you with other personalized suggestions. We may collect information about the images and audio that are part of your User Content, such as the identification of the objects and scenery that appear, the existence and location, within an image, of face and body features and attributes, the nature of audio, and the text of words spoken in your User Content. We may collect this information to enable special video effects, content moderation and other non-personally identifiable operations. To enhance your experience, you are not required to have an account to create and upload your content on the Platform when you use our website. However, if you do not subsequently create an account, we will remove this content from our server after a specified period of time.

Other information. If you use Cake Mapping Pro® APP, you should know that we use Firebase as a platform for the development of the mobile application, where we store the basic data and functions. Firebase provides a storage service by Google since 2014. It is a platform located in the cloud, integrated with Google Cloud Platform, which uses a set of tools for the creation and synchronization of projects that will be endowed with high quality, making possible the growth of the number of users, among the functions of this platform sopn: Easily synchronize the data of your projects without having to manage connections or write complex synchronization logic. Uses a cross-platform toolset: integrates easily for web platforms as well as mobile applications. Uses Google's infrastructure and scales automatically for any type of application, from the smallest to the most powerful ones.the tools are included in the SDKs for mobile and web devices, so there is no need to create a server for the project.

Without your authorized consent, we will not access, process or delete any content or information that you have actively uploaded and stored on Cake Mapping Pro® APP Firebase Google Cloud Platform, unless required by law or regulation. We may also collect your feedback on the Services if you choose to provide it. If you use features that involve payments, including rewards programs and Cake Mapping Pro® APP Cloud Space Service, our service provider and other payment-related partners will collect the financial information you provide to facilitate payment, for example, your bank account.


Information We Collect Automatically. We may collect the following information about you:

▪ Technical Information We Collect About You. We automatically collect certain information about you when you access the Platform or use the Services. Such information includes your IP address, unique device identifiers (device IDs), advertising identifiers, network type and connections, device or mobile model, Android ID, device manufacturer, cell phone area, application version number, operating system, CPU and GPU information, device resolution, system language and region, battery information, and information about your use of the Platform (such as, where applicable, the list of "Likes" you have received, your stickers and filters). This allows us to provide you with personalized content that will be of interest to you.

▪ Location. We collect information about your approximate location, including location information based on your SIM card and/or IP address. We may use such information to provide you with personalized content.

▪ Usage Information. We collect information about your use of the Services, such as when you edit videos, problems encountered and, where applicable, how you interact with the content we show you, the advertisements you see, the videos you watch, the content you like, the users you follow and how you interact with mutual followers. Where applicable, we process information about your followers, the "Likes" you receive and the responses to the content you upload, in order to promote your content to other users.

▪ If you use the automatic captioning feature, we will collect the transcribed text and the edited text to develop and improve this feature.

Information we obtain from other sources. We may receive information about you from other sources, including through partners or third party service providers. For example, if you access third party services through the Platform or Services, or share information about your experience on the Services with others, we may collect information from these third party services. If you choose to register on the Platform using your social networking account details (e.g., Facebook) or your account details with other third parties (e.g., Apple), we may collect information from these services, including your username, public profile, your favorite songs on that social network (where applicable) and information about your use of that service.

Cookies

Cookies" are small files that, when placed on your device, allow us to collect certain information, including personal data, to provide certain features and functions. We and our service providers and business partners use cookies to collect data and recognize you and your device(s) on the Platform and elsewhere across your different devices. We do this to measure the traffic and functionality of our website. By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you agree to our cookie policy. You may be able to control some of the information we collect by adjusting your browser settings to reject or disable cookies. Because each browser is different, you should refer to the instructions provided by your browser. To reject or disable certain types of cookies, you may need to take additional steps. In addition, the option to disable cookies is specific to the particular browser or device you are using at the time you disable them, so you may need to do so separately for each type of browser or device. If you choose to reject, disable or delete cookies, some of the Platform's features may no longer be available. Without this information, we cannot provide you with all requested services.

How we use your information

We will use the information we collect about you in the following ways:

▪ verify your age and identity;

▪ administer and provide the Platform and Services to you, including allowing you to create, edit, modify and share User Content and interact with other users, and allowing you to participate in interactive features of the Platform, when you choose to do so;

▪ communicate with you, among other things, to notify you about changes to the Platform and Services;

▪ to provide assistance to the user;

▪ provide you with appropriate or customized information or content that may be of interest to you;

▪ enforce our terms, conditions and policies;

▪ respond to, handle and process inquiries, orders, requests, complaints and comments you provide;

▪ improve and develop the Platform and ensure that the Platform tools are presented in the most effective manner for you and your device;

▪ administer the Platform and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistics and surveys;

▪ detect abuse, fraud and illegal activity on the Platform and ensure its safety and security, including reviewing user content, messages and associated metadata for violations and inappropriate content;

▪ provide users with personalized advertising, when such a feature is provided;

▪ comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;

▪ for any other purpose for which you have provided the information, with your consent or at your discretion;

▪ transmit to third parties, including our business partners, service providers and agents, and to relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities for the aforementioned purposes; and

▪ for any other indirect commercial purpose related or in connection with the foregoing.


How we share your information

This section sets out how your information may be shared with third parties.


Service Providers
We may share the categories of personal information listed above with our service providers (whether inside or outside your country) to provide you with the Platform and Services for the purposes set out in this Policy, including with:

▪ our service providers, suppliers and subcontractors who help us operate the Platform (for example, to send you notifications); and

▪ data analytics, failure analysis and search engine providers that help us improve and optimize the Platform (including providing you with appropriate or customized information or content).



Our corporate group
We may share your information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our parent and its subsidiaries, or companies we control, are controlled by or under common control with, and our service providers and strategic business partners, in each case within or outside your country, for the purposes set out in this Policy, as permitted by applicable law. We may also share your information to assist in the improvement and optimization of the Platform, or for our internal business purposes.


Third Party Social Media Service Providers
If you choose to register to use the Platform with your account information from another social network or other third party platform, or choose to link your Platform account with other social network accounts, these third party services may collect information about you, including information about your activity on the Platform, and may notify your connections at the third party services about your use of the Platform, in accordance with their privacy policies. If you choose to allow a third party service to access your account, we will share certain information about you with the third party, such as your application ID, access token and referral URL. Depending on the permissions you grant, the third party may obtain your account information and other information you choose to provide. When you choose to share User Content you created or uploaded to the Platform with other social media platforms, your User Content, username and accompanying text (if applicable) will be shared on those platforms.


Advertising and analytics partners
We may share information collected through your use of our Platform (such as mobile identifiers and your device's IP address, and related information about your inferred location and use of the Platform) with our advertising partners. These partners help us deliver relevant advertising on our Platform and other platforms. This information is generally collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies. We may also share aggregate information about the performance of those ads to help those advertisers measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns.


Law Enforcement
We may share your information with law enforcement, authorities or other entities if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such use is reasonably necessary to:

▪ comply with legal obligations, processes or requests;

▪ enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, policies and standards, including investigation of any possible violations thereof;

▪ exercise or defend any legal claim;

▪ detecting, preventing or addressing security, fraud or technical problems; or

▪ protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction purposes).



Sale or merger
We may also disclose your information to third parties:

▪ in the event that we sell any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your information to the prospective buyer of such business or assets; or

▪ if we sell, buy, merge, merge, are acquired by or become associated with other companies or businesses, or sell some or all of our assets. In such transactions, your user information may be among the transferred assets.

We may share any information we collect in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as a website sale, merger, consolidation, asset sale or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
Finally, we may share information with third parties with your consent or as directed by you.


Third Party Content
The Platform and Services may contain links to content maintained by third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Policy.


5.Where we store your information

The information we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination inside or outside your country for the purposes described in the Policy. We will take reasonable steps to protect your information and treat it in accordance with this Policy. When we transfer any personal data outside the country where you live, including for one or more of the purposes set out in this Policy, we will do so in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws, including by entering into data transfer agreements with the recipient to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection.

Your Preferences and Rights

In some versions of the Platform, you can access and edit most of your profile information by logging into your account, and you can also control how you use the Platform by visiting the settings in the application, including whether you see certain types of interest-based advertising on the Platform. You may also be granted rights in your country under applicable laws, such as the ability to access your data, delete your data and other rights. 7.The security of your information

We will take reasonable steps to protect your information and treat it in accordance with the Policy. You should understand that no system for storing data or transmitting data over the Internet or any other public network is 100% secure. We have implemented technical and organizational measures that we will modify and update from time to time to improve the overall security of our systems.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected, including to provide you with the Platform or Services. When we do not need your information to provide you with the Platform or Services, we retain it only for as long as we have a legitimate business or lawful purpose in retaining it. However, there are times when we may retain it for longer in accordance with our legal obligations or when necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
If you stop using our Platform or Services, we may store your information in a collective, anonymized format. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may also retain any information that is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, enable us to resolve and litigate disputes and enforce our agreements.

Information relating to children

The Platform is not intended or suitable for use by children under the age of 13 or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction ("Specific Age"). Users under this age may not use the Platform. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under the specific age, we will delete the user's information in accordance with applicable law. If you believe that we may have or have collected information about a child under the specified age, please contact us at info-privacy-rights@cakemapping.pro.

Complaints

In the event that you wish to lodge a complaint about how we treat your personal information, please contact us in the first instance at Info-privacy-rights@cakemapping.pro and we will do our best to process your request promptly. This is without prejudice to your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority or follow the dispute process provided in the Terms of Service.


11.Changes

We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes to this Policy by posting a notice on the Platform or by other means. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Platform to stay informed of our privacy practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy reflects the effective date of such changes. Your continued access to or use of the Platform and/or Services after the date of your update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not accept the updated Policy, you must stop accessing or using the Platform and Services.
Unless explicitly stated in this Policy, if there is any discrepancy between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SPECIFIC TO EACH JURISDICTION
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Additional Terms: Jurisdiction-Specific that are relevant to the jurisdiction from which you access or use the Services and the rest of this Policy, the Additional Terms: Jurisdiction-Specific shall prevail and govern.


United States
If you are using our Services in the United States, the following additional terms apply:
California Privacy Rights.
If you are a California resident, you may request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. This request is free of charge and may be made once a year. Your browser may offer you a "Do Not Track" option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertising services) that you do not want those operators to track certain of your online activities over time and/or across different websites. Our products do not support "Do Not Track" requests at this time.
Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), California residents, upon verification, may request to see the personal information we have collected about them over the past 12 months, including the categories of personal information the company has collected about the consumer, the categories of sources of that information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting the information, the categories of third parties with whom the information was shared, and the specific personal data collected about them. If you are a California resident, you may also request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. In accordance with California law, if you choose to exercise any of these rights, we will not charge you different prices or provide you with different quality of services unless those differences relate to your information. We do not sell personal information to third parties for the purposes of the CCPA. We may allow third parties to collect personal information through our Services and share each of the categories of personal information described above with third parties for commercial purposes. These business purposes are described above and include providing advertising on our products and services and elsewhere based on users' online activities over time and across different sites, services and devices (so-called "interest-based advertising") and website and online statistics service. The information practices of these third parties are not covered by the Policy.
If you are using our Premium Services on the web version of Cake Mapping Pro® APP in the United States, the following additional terms apply:
info-privacy-rights@cakemapping.pro will be the data controller for the data generated and uploaded by you when using our Premium Services, and will be bound by this Policy.


EEA, Switzerland and United Kingdom
If you are using the Services in the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom (the "European Region"), the following additional terms apply:
International Data Transfers.
If you normally reside in the European Region, the personal data we collect from you will be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Region (for example, to our service providers and partners). These transfers are made in accordance with appropriate safeguards, such as the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. Your rights
You have the following rights:

▪ The right to request free of charge (i) confirmation of whether we process your personal data and (ii) access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you;

▪ Where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract with you and the processing is carried out by automated means, the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and automated, machine-readable format or to have your personal data transmitted directly to another company, where technically feasible (data portability);

▪ Where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, the right to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities that have taken place prior to such withdrawal);

Russia
Legal basis for data processing: When we process your personal data, we rely on your consent, execution of a contract, our legitimate interest and obligations to process personal data, where required by law.
By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Where we store your personal data: Your personal data may be transferred from Russia to Singapore and stored there, outside the country where you live.
Public Profiles. We rely on your consent for public distribution of personal data, when your account is set to "Public Profile". You can change your profile to private by changing your account settings to "Private Account" in the "Manage My Account" section.


Brazil
If you use our Services in Brazil, the following additional terms apply:


Exercising Data Protection Rights. Brazilian law grants certain rights to individuals with respect to their personal data. Therefore, we seek to ensure transparency and access controls to enable users to benefit from the aforementioned rights.
We will respond and/or comply with your requests for the exercise of your rights below, in accordance with applicable law and, where applicable, with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law - LGPD:
a. confirmation of whether your data is being processed;
b. access to your data;
c. correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
d. anonymization, blocking or deletion of data;
e. portability of personal data to a third party;
f. opposition to the processing of personal data;

h. information about the possibility of refusing to provide personal data and the respective consequences, when applicable;
i. withdrawal of your consent.
Verification of your identity. For your security and to enable us to ensure that we will not disclose any of your personal data to unauthorized third parties, in order to verify your identity and ensure the proper exercise of your rights, we may request specific information and/or documents from you before we can properly respond to a request received in relation to your data. All data and documents received in the process of responding to your requests will be used for the strict purpose of analyzing your request, authenticating your identity and ultimately responding to your request.
Limitations on your rights. In certain situations, we may have legitimate reasons for not complying with some of your requests. For example, we may choose not to disclose certain information to you when such disclosure could adversely affect our business where there is a risk of infringement of our trade secrets or intellectual property rights. In addition, we may refrain from complying with a request for deletion of data where the maintenance of your data is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or where such maintenance is necessary to protect our rights and interests in the event that a dispute arises. Where this is the case and we are unable to comply with a request you make, we will inform you of the reasons why we are unable to comply with your request.

International data transfer. We share your personal data worldwide with companies in our corporate group to carry out the activities specified in this Policy. We may also outsource the processing of data involved in the Services or share your personal data with third parties located in other countries. Therefore, your personal data may be subject to privacy laws different from those applicable in your country.
Whenever we transfer your personal data to third parties located in other countries, we will ensure that these companies comply with applicable data protection laws and we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data and to ensure that it is treated securely.
Parental and guardian consent. If required by Brazilian data protection laws, (i) if you are over 16 but under 18, you may only use and register for an account with the assistance of your parent or legal guardian, and you represent and affirm that you have had such assistance in using the Services and agreeing to the Policy; (ii) if you are over 13 but under 16, you may only use and register for an account with the representation of your parent or legal guardian, and you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Services and agree to this Privacy Policy.
Language. The Policy may have been prepared in both English and Portuguese. If you are a user resident in Brazil, you should consult the Portuguese version, which will prevail.

South Korea
If you use our Services in South Korea, the following additional terms apply:
Data Retention. We delete personal data whose purpose of collection, as consented to by you, has been achieved, or whose periods and uses for which you consented or which were provided in the Policy have expired; however, we will continue to store your personal data for the following periods prescribed by law, where applicable, including, but not limited to:

▪ Law on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce:

▪ Records on the cancellation of an order, payment of a purchased item and supply of a good/service: 5 years

▪ Records on the handling of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years

▪ Registrations in ads and tags: 6 months

▪ Law for the Protection of Communications Secrecy

▪ Records of your visits to our website: 3 months

Destruction of personal data. We destroy your personal data in such a way that it cannot be restored by the relevant department.
Your rights

▪ Data Rights. You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to rectify any personal data we hold that is inaccurate, to request the erasure of personal data we hold about you and to request the suspension of the processing of your personal data. ▪ Data Security. We work hard to protect Cake Mapping Pro® APP and our users against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of the information we maintain. We entrust your data to our affiliates, cloud storage providers, IT service providers and data centers, some of which are located abroad, subject to your consent or notifications, if applicable. The entities receiving and processing your data undertake to use and store personal data in accordance with national and international standards and to take all available physical and technical measures to protect personal data. You may opt out of such transfer, provided that the transfer is not necessary to provide the Services to you, by contacting info-privacy-rights@cakemapping.pro.



Indonesia
If you use our Services in Indonesia, the following additional terms apply. In the event of a conflict between the following additional terms and the provisions of the main body of this Policy, the following terms shall prevail.
Consent of age, parents and guardians. By accessing and/or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age or married, or not under legal guardianship. If you are under 21 and not married or under legal guardianship:
-you must obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians; and.
-your parents or legal guardians are responsible for: (i) all of your actions in connection with your access to and use of the Services; (ii) your compliance with this policy; and (iii) ensuring that no part of your participation in the Services will, in any event, result in any violation of applicable laws and regulations relating to child protection.
If you do not have the consent of your parent or legal guardian and your parent or legal guardian is unwilling to open the account in your name, you must stop accessing and/or using the Services.
Your choices. You may withdraw your consent to our disclosure of personal data to third parties. At your request, we will facilitate the viewing, publication, transmission, dissemination and/or access to your personal data to third parties. Please note that by withdrawing your consent to the disclosure and/or collection of your personal data, we may not be able to fulfill your requests and you may not be able to use some of the features and functions of Cake Mapping Pro® APP.
You may request us to (i) disclose the history of the personal data we have collected; and/or (ii) delete and remove your personal data we have collected from our server. Please note that by requesting us to delete and remove your personal data, you may not be able to use some of the features and functions of Cake Mapping Pro® APP.

Notification. In the event of a security breach of your personal data, we will notify you and provide you with information about such security breach of your personal data.
Data Retention. We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service to you. When we do not need your information to provide the service to you, we retain it only for as long as we have a legitimate business purpose for retaining it. However, there are times when we are likely to retain such data for five (5) years (or longer if necessary) in accordance with our legal obligations or when necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
When you have terminated your use of our Services and the five (5) year retention period has elapsed, we store your information in an aggregated and anonymized format. Non-personally identifiable information may be retained indefinitely for analysis.


Turkey
If you use our Services in Turkey, the following additional terms apply: Legal basis for processing your personal data. We rely on the following legal bases while processing your personal data in accordance with Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:

▪ the processing is explicitly provided for or established by law;

▪ the processing of your personal data is necessary insofar as it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract between us;

▪ the right to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;

▪ the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Data Protection Act;

▪ the right to request that we notify the third parties to whom we transfer your personal data of the correction, deletion and/or destruction of your personal data at your request within the scope of the previous two elements;

▪ the right to object to negative results about you resulting from the analysis of your personal data processed solely by automated means;

The requests indicated in your request will be resolved as soon as possible depending on the nature of your request and within a maximum period of thirty days, free of charge. However, if your request incurs additional costs for our company, you may be charged a fee higher than the fee determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Commission.


Modifications. The following sections of the Policy do not apply to persons in Turkey:

The following sentence at the end of the "Summary" section: By accessing or using the Platform and our related websites, services, applications, products and/or content available on the Platform (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read and understand the practices described in this Policy, and you hereby consent to our collection, use, processing, disclosure or transfer of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.
The following sentence at the end of the first paragraph of the "Cookies" section: By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you agree to our cookie policy.
Language. This Policy is available in English and Turkish. In the event of any discrepancies or different interpretation between the English and Turkish versions, the Turkish text shall prevail.


United Arab Emirates
If you use the Services in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"), the following additional terms apply:
How we share your personal data.
In addition to the main text of this policy, by using the Services in the UAE, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to our sharing of your personal data in accordance with the main text of this Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
When using our Services in the UAE, this Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. In the event of any dispute between the parties in connection with this Privacy Policy:

▪ where the dispute relates to a claim for a sum within the limits specified by the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal from time to time, the dispute shall be referred by either party to the said Tribunal; and

▪ for all other disputes, the parties shall request resolution of such dispute by mediation in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Center, which Rules are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause. If the dispute is not resolved by mediation within 30 days of the commencement of mediation, or such additional period as the parties may agree in writing, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Center, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The language to be used in mediation and arbitration shall be English. In any arbitration proceedings commenced pursuant to this clause, the number of arbitrators shall be one and the arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai.



Vietnam
If you use our Services in Vietnam, the following additional terms apply:

If you are reviewing these terms as the parent/legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, you hereby represent that such user is over the age of 13 and that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and agree to your child's use of the Platform and registration of an account.

If you use our Services in the Philippines, the following additional terms and conditions apply in accordance with relevant laws, rules and regulations and communications from the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines ("NPC") on data privacy.
Your Rights. To the extent that the relevant data privacy laws, rules and regulations recognize your rights and freedoms as a data subject, you shall have the right to information, opposition, access, rectification, erasure or blocking, to file complaints with the NPC, damages and data portability. Before we can respond to a request to exercise one or more of the rights listed above, you may be asked to verify your identity or account details.
Egypt
If you use our Services in Egypt, the following additional terms apply:

▪ You represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please have your parent or legal guardian read it with you. If you are reviewing these terms as the parent/legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, you hereby represent that such user is over the age of 13 and that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and agree to your child's use of the Platform and registration of an account.



Mexico
If you use our services in Mexico, the following additional terms apply. In the event of a conflict between the following additional terms and the provisions of the main body of this Policy, the following terms shall prevail.
How we use your personal data. Almost all of the processing purposes listed above in the Privacy Policy are necessary purposes. However, the following are secondary purposes:
- To provide you with personalized advertising.
The above purposes are not necessary to provide the Platform, but allow us to provide you with a better experience. We offer you the ability to make choices about how we use and disclose your personal data. You can always limit the secondary purposes of targeted advertising by using the Settings tools, which allow you to limit certain features.
We use human and automated means to process your data.
